    We can ship to your permanent residential address or your place of employment. If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the package may need to be signed for. Deliveries can take place anytime from 7am.

    No. We are unable to alter or understate the declared customs value of any package. All shipments include accurate documentation as required by international customs laws.
  • Do you ship parcels to APO or FPO military addresses?

    We currently only offer shipping to PO Box (APO) or Forces Post Office (FPO/ DPO) address with our Standard Delivery option. This service takes up to 20 business days for the package to be delivered.
