Can you deliver to a work address?
Yes! We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment – just make sure someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the place, not the person. It's also a good idea to add your company name to help the driver find your workplace easily.
Can you deliver to a BFPO address?
We are generally able to accommodate delivery to an APO/FPO/DPO address, but it may take a bit longer. Please contact our Customer Care team to make arrangements for this.
Can you deliver to a PO box?
We're able to deliver your order to a PO Box with our Standard Delivery service. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes on our Next Day Delivery service in the UK.
We ship some brands from a different warehouse, so our couriers may be unable to deliver to the PO Box you selected. You’ll be notified if there are any issues with your delivery.
