I've lost my E-Gift Card, how can I get a replacement?

If you've bought a LUNESCAPE E-Gift Card for yourself or as a present for someone else and you've lost or misplaced it here's what to do in order to try and get a replacement.

Step 1: Check your emails

If you haven't received your E-Gift Card please check your junk or spam folder in case it's been routed there.

Step 2: Contact us

Please get in touch with our Customer Care team by clicking 'Contact Us Now' on this page, and they'll do their best to replace it for you.

## Just one more thing before contacting....

When contacting us make sure you have the order number you received when you ordered the E-Gift Card, or the email address registered to the account the voucher was ordered from. Remember to also include the value of the E-Gift Card and the email address the E-Gift Card was sent to.
