How to leave a review
After your order has been delivered, we'll email you an invitation to review your purchase (if you've opted in to receive emails).
You can also submit a review by signing in to your LUNESCAPE account, visiting My Orders, selecting your purchase, and choosing Leave a Review. The option to leave a review becomes available approximately one day after your estimated delivery date.
What to include
You'll be asked to rate your purchase using our 5-star rating system and may also be asked questions about the item's fit, sizing, comfort, and quality. We encourage you to share an honest review based on your experience.
For the most helpful reviews, please:
- Focus on the product and your experience using it.
- Be specific about what you liked or didn't like.
- Make sure your written review matches your star rating.
- Do not include personal, confidential, or contact information.
- Submit your review in the same language as the LUNESCAPE website where you made your purchase.
Review moderation
To help maintain a trustworthy review experience, all reviews are independently moderated by a third-party provider before publication. Reviews that don't comply with our Product Review Policy or Terms & Conditions for Product Reviews may be declined or removed.
Reporting a review
If you believe a review is inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, or violates our review guidelines, you can report it by selecting the Report link beneath the review. Reported reviews are assessed by our independent moderation partner and may be removed if they don't comply with our review policies.

Product reviews are not monitored by our Customer Care team. If you have a question about your order, delivery, return, or believe you've received a faulty item, please contact Customer Care directly so we can assist you.
