What is considered fair use?
We understand that returns are sometimes necessary. Our return policy is intended to allow customers to evaluate products at home in the same way they would in a boutique.
To help us continue offering a generous returns policy, we ask that items are:
• Returned within the applicable return window.
• Unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
• Returned with all original tags, packaging, dust bags, authenticity cards, and accessories where applicable.
When may a refund be refused?
We reserve the right to refuse returns or limit future return privileges where we identify activity that is inconsistent with the intended use of our return policy. Examples include:
• Returning items that have been worn, damaged, altered, washed, or are missing tags or original packaging.
• Returning products that show signs of extended use beyond what would reasonably be expected when trying on an item.
• Excessive or unusual return patterns that suggest purchases are not being made for genuine personal use.
• Returning items that differ from those originally purchased or making false claims regarding the condition or receipt of products.
• Any suspected fraudulent or abusive activity.
Faulty or incorrect items
This policy does not apply to products that are genuinely faulty or to items sent in error. If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact Customer Care as soon as possible so we can make it right.
Fraud prevention
To protect our customers and our business, we may investigate unusual account activity. Where fraudulent or abusive behavior is identified, we reserve the right to decline refunds, refuse future orders, suspend or close accounts, and take any other action permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
