Customers in the US and Canada will no longer receive a paper returns slip in their order. Instead, customers can create a return online. The return information will be provided to you once you initiate the process, as the label you print has all the details we need for it to reach our warehouse.
To create a return, head to ‘My Account’, then ‘My Orders’ and follow the instructions.
