What if there's an issue with my order?
In the unlikely event that there's a problem with the order, we won't be able to discuss any details with the recipient of the package. We can only discuss order and account information with the registered LUNESCAPE account holder that the order was placed on.
Returning an item that was a gift
If for any reason the recipient wants to return something, then we'll automatically issue a refund to the payment method that was originally used. We can't offer store credit.
