How do product reviews work?
Placed an order and want to give us some feedback on our products? You can now leave a review on the items you’ve recently bought.
We want to make sure that the quality, style and fit of our products are meeting our customer’s expectations, and by letting us what you think, we can keep offering items that we know our customers are going to love.
At the moment reviews aren’t available for all products but watch this space as we look to expand this to more products.
How does it work?
Once you’ve received your order, you’ll receive an email from us with link(s) to review the product(s) you bought.
Depending on the product, you’ll be asked a few questions about the sizing and quality. You can also describe your own experience in a few words. Don’t forget to give the product an overall rating using the 5-star rating system.
Tips for writing a review
- Keep your review about the product (not the rest of your experience).
- Don't include any personal information.
- Leave a review in the same language as the website you’ve shopped on.
Any reviews left on our products are monitored by third party company and will be rejected if inappropriate language has been used, personal information was included or the it was written in a different language. They can also reject a review if you’ve mentioned things that aren’t specific to the product.
Faulty item?
You can leave a review on the quality of the product you’ve received, but the reviews aren’t monitored by our LUNESCAPE Customer Care team, so they won’t be able to help with any queries left on the reviews platform. Please contact Customer Care if you have any questions about your order.
